Don't prepay these people. I prepaid for some work, had balance left. They say their going to refund but never do. They took money fast enough. Why can't they do right thingp and refund my money? Have to take doctor personally to court. Will keep up to date,but please don't prepaid!so they send Mr 50$. NOW WE have to go to coury. I am sueing Dr personally so he has to go to court. Chased them for six months not very honest people.

Terrible experience. They lied to us several times. Told us my daughter needs to go elsewhere to have her tooth pulled because they don't have an oral surgeon (this, when she had a scheduled date for her tooth to be pulled there). Also, my daughter has severe health problems in which we told them about. The dentist prescribed pain medicine we told her was unsafe for our daughter. After complaining to the office manager, they told us they googled what medicine would be safe to prescribe, and they still got it wrong. Never going there again.

Horrible expeeience!! They are overbooked with patients and still keep taking new patients for $$$$ I initially had to go for a filling which dr. Datwani ignored, then she ignored for the second time because there was other dental work to be done.i would take time off from work and go there to sit there for 2 hours in the waiting room and the dentist would just see you for 20 mins and couldn't wait to see the next patient. My tooth got so bad that it was past root canal and periodontist had to take it out. Then the crown that they ordered for my other tooth was wrong 4 times. Ofcorse Dr. Datwani is never there and Dr. Rita shah would take over the job of putting in the crown but would not want to do anything else because I am not her patient. Then when I take an appoinment with dr. Datwani the reception calls and cancels or reschedules it. I am never going back to this place anymore

My wife had severe toothache and had to call their emergency number at 2 AM . Doctor Kartush called back quickly. Got an emergency appointment next day and they were able to help her by treating the pain in the same appt. I don't know what i could have done without their help.

Staff has been nothing but pleasant and friendly. The Dentists I have been treated by are all competent and professional and I have received outstanding care from the Periodontist Dr Shah.
