The store is well stocked and organized. The staff is friendly, well versed in all products and very helpful without being intrusive. I have been shopping at this store over the years and though staff changes, the professionalism remains the same. A credit to the manager.

If I could give less than 1, I would. I have never been treated so rudely in a store. I went in to buy a new pair of shoes. I attempted to get the attention of a clerk and they quickly busied themselves with others. (even a few that had already said they did not want any help) I was standing in the shoe area, looking at different styles, comparing them to the shoes I had on. I waited patiently while a clerk help another customer. I made eye contact several times and he kept looking away, never acknowledging me. When he was done, he did not come back to help me and no one else came to the area to help either, so I went to go find him. He made brief eye contact as I attempted to get his attention then be quickly turnd his back and walked away from me. I tried to get the other clerks attention and as I spoke to him, he turned his head tward the ground and walked away refusing to turn around as I continued to ask for help. I was there for over 30 minutes and no one would help me.

By far the best multi-daypack fitting and customer service I've experienced. I tried three other stores before finding exactly the right size product and the backpack sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks EMS!

After coming from a bad experience at the Verizon Store in Hadley, EMS was very pleasant. My associate, Tom...helped me with a small purchase and made my experience enjoyable! Kudos to Tom...and keep up the good work. Thanks again!!

You probably didn't even know this place is a must for your back-to-school needs. But it is!
