The Hadley, Massachusetts Stop & Shop is consistently average. The store is old in its appearance and feel compared to Hyvee and other major supermarkets around the
nation. There are some other smaller super markets in the area that may not reach the sales volume of Stop & Shop, but offer better products and a more cosmopolitan shopping experience.

Staff is great, I'm always met with a smile nd everyone is helpful. The store manager, Mike, is a really cool guy and always greets us like old friends. The produce is always fresh and the prices a good and the sales are great.

WELL THE INCONVENIENCE ME AND MY WIFE INCOUNTERD WAS THE APOTHEOSIS OF A CRYING SHAME. WE GO TO STOP AND SHOP TO GET SEVERAL ITEMS. THE ITEMS WERE ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE, APON ARRIVAL WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE ITEMS WERE NO LONGER IN STOCK.THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE MANAGERS AND THE CASHIERS WAS AT AN ALL TIME LOW. SMH "IT TAKES YEARS TO GAIN A CUSTOMER BUT A SECOND TO LOOSE ONE"

Love this store  I can get everything I need And save money. Love the produce and meats. Use the  Pharmacy as well for my scripts saves me a lot of unnecessary running around to many stores.  Love the roasted to go chicken great bargain and way to keep our family from eating unhealthy fast  food when you are in a hurry to eat
