Very poor experience. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanics forgot to do the tire rotation - luckily we caught the mistake at checkout and didn't pay for it. There was also no real inspection of the vehicle communicated (for example, I know the cabin air filter needs to be replaced but was never mentioned). The sticker they put on my windshield to remind me when the next oil change should be was not a window cling sticker - it's an actual sticker (like a price tag). Also, they weirdly calculated my next change to be 6,000 miles in the future. So now I'm trying to peel off the sticker but it's making a mess and coming off in pieces. Unfortunately, can't recommend this place.

My experience with this company has always been great, they can always explain and then fix many of the problems my vehicles have had. Would definitly recommend them!

Just had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this fine establishment Dan and needless to say have nothing but good things to report about him and his establishment! A go to for anybody looking for automotive work =)

I went to purchase their Groupon ($19 for a $35 oil change), but an appointment was required, so I called to make one. They told me just to come in without buying the Groupon and they would honor the same price, so they don't lose any money to Groupon, which I thought was a win-win. When I pulled in, there was a $19 oil change advertised on their window, which turns out to be the "$35" oil change I was going to purchase for a "savings" on Groupon. Maybe about 15 minutes later, I saw them pull my car out of the tunnel, so I assumed it was done, but when they didn't come and tell me that, I assumed there was more to be done to it. I had to go up to the counter another 20 minutes later to ASK if it was done, which it was. Terrible customer service and lying about prices. I would not recommend or return.

I have very mixed feelings about this place... The first time I went here they pretty much ignored me when I walked into the door. I started talking and they looked up after I was done and seemed bothered by my existence. This was after I called in and scheduled an appointment I had and was quoted that it'd take 45-hour. 1 hour later they hadn't started my oil change and I had to go. They were legitimately apologetic and promised if I came back the next day they'd make sure to take care of it. Came back the next day and got excellent, quick service. How does one accurately rate a place given these 2 experiences? I hope you get them when they're nice and not preoccupied :)
