These guys are the most down to earth mechanics I know.  They would be a five star, but I can't just give 5 stars away on a service review.  My expectations are pretty high.  Anyway, I brought my green van in for them to fix the driver door glass and the passenger rear view mirror.  When they told me it was ready, I paid the bill and went out front to the van.  Low and behold, my door glass had been replaced and the mirror was changed.  However, they made me wait and wait for a receipt.  Good service, but a little slow on the follow-through.

Just from the telephone etiquette of the employee Brittany I won't be taking my vehicle there. She acted as if she's not interested  in this auto body shop making money. She was non chalant from the beginning to the end. Remember first impressions are VERY important!

Eastside Collision & Car Care is a one stop shop.  I bought a Ford Taurus from their auction, was able to get tag and title after the sale, and bought a used bumper the color of my car...  No painting necessary!!

They were able to accommodate my exotic request for VW parts in a quick and professional manner.  I'll definitely be back.

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this place the owner of this place is a scam artist and one day soon would be exposure. He sells cars with Rebuild title but place it on craigslist as clear and also sell car that have been in floor and never tell. he also change mileages(odometer) on cars too. He changed mines from 252 to 108. stay away from this place.
