Refused to reimburse $15 for a tire I had to have patched due to a nail in it when I received it. Seller wanted it returned but when you need your car, you need tires - not a bare rim.  Seller not honest with his description of the quality of his products when he refuses to admit an error.  Willing to show proof of damage and the patch needed but seller not willing to even consider the facts.
