I agree this hotel does SUCKS! it's nasty and dirty and I will never stay here again. If you come here and stay at this hotel maybe you're used to living in a dirty environment. I seen it all I stayed in room 239 for two nights woke up with bed bug bites. I'm going to post the pictures on here so everybody can see. The manager is very rude and disrespectful he would not talk about the situation I had to contact Choice Privileges. and they gave me free points but that does nothing for me because I couldn't even get refunded back the two nights I stayed in that room. I will never stay here again this place a rundown for sure and not worth the money or the time.

This hotel SUCKS!  As you noticed I capitalized the word SUCKS!  The breakfast is really a continental breakfast and that sucks! Luckily McDonald's is next door which is the only reason why I gave it a one on the rating.  They really should tear the building down because it looks like it was part of the Hurricane Katrina wrath which it looks like they tried to patch it up but did a very poor job.  My expectations of the quality of this hotel were flushed down the toilet once I arrived.

It is right by the airport which is a plus. The rooms are decent for the price. I've never any problem there

The pool is gorgeous. Elevator on our side was out of service. Staff routed me around but didn't mention it was out. Room was a little musty but not unbearable. Microwave not in the room. Fridge hidden in dresser. Priceline offered the best rates in the area and it was a good value. Majority of staff not super friendly but did their jobs. Had everything we needed. Check out 11 am.

Wow this place needs improvement. Saw a review from 2 months ago saying the elevator was out and it's still out. 1st room had dirty sheets. Got switched. As previously mentioned... housekeeping definitely needs improvement. Trash all around, behind toilet, behind and under nightstand. Lights missing lightbulbs. Ironing board but no iron. We'll be moving tomorrow. Surprisingly, this place was great 2 years ago.
