Stayed here with my boyfriend and baby last night. He checked in and we met him here but I am reviewing for us. Hotel is beautiful and brand new. Rooms were spacious, air conditioning worked well considering we were on the 3rd floor. Hot water and shower was great as well as the beds. Breakfast quality could be improved , though there was a nice variety, including two choices of meat. I rate this hotel 5 stars though because of cleanliness and friendly staff.

Needs help
Never got shampoo bottles in 4 days
Found previous tenant underwear and socks behind curtain
Reported sink won't drain, never fixed
Bathroom Light switch did not turn on light, got a note and a mint box saying it was switch was changed and fixed.  Still did not work.
No tub towel for two days
Cleaning rag and repairman rags left in room.
Breakfast lady very nice but hovers over you when eating.
THE BIG ONE, neighbor across the street played really loud music till 11:30  pm , sat night. Rattled the windows of the room on the 3rd floor. They said they  did call police but music did not stop.
