Traveled from Fl to SC for wedding. Drove all night, was pressed for time getting ready & had no extra time to deal with incidentals. Picked this hotel because of reviews & location to venue. Booked 2 rooms while other family members found out where we were staying they too booked rooms here as well. For a total of 6 rooms. They however had no issues. The hotel was gracious enough to give us an early check-in, getting our rooms cleaned or so we thought. One of the rooms was not clean at all. The toilet had urine all over the seat, around the underside & rim. The tank lid had a layer of dust on it. The toilet didn't flush either. The surface of the tub was flaking off. The floor was filthy, dead bugs laying in the corners. The vanity was dirty as well with a layer of dust & hair that even surrounded the ice bucket & cups. The room was not cleaned. When we asked for someone to come clean our room they told us they went home for the day. We asked for clean sheets that we later changed after we returned from the wedding. I was extremely disgusted & disappointed. I let the front desk know upon check out. I had to call back on a weekday to speak to manager. Only to be put on hold then get disconnected. My call back went right to voicemail. I am thankful my other family members did not have the same experience we did. If we had more time to wait for another room I would had done so. This was a bad experience and a choice I don't think we'll make again.

This definitely wasn't the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but it wasn't the worst either. Staff was decent. Rooms were clean by cheap hotel standards but I would have liked cleaner blankets. The blankets that we had in our room were covered in cigarette burns and stains. The location is convenient, but noisy since it's right off the highway. Rooms were outdated and the walls were very dirty. Overall, it kept us dry during the hurricane and the breakfast, though there wasn't a big selection, was tasty.

I love going there.  People are nice.  pet friendly.  Beds comfy.  Not bad place to stay.

Wish I could give zero stars. This rat hole charge our account twice for a crappy room... finally got second charge off and almost a week later the charge showed up again. Had to report to bank and have it removed.  With my account being charged THREE times, it put us into overdraft.

Stayed Friday night till Sunday morning in February. The room was clean and no loud noises or issues with other guests. If you're looking for a place to sleep and shower, nothing more, then this is a good value. The breakfast in the morning is kinda weak but it's what I imagined it would be. Would stay again.
