Met every expectation of this price point. Breakfast was outstanding - everything was kept fresh with good variety. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We knew the location was a bit out of the way, but we needed to compromise between being close to Nashville and within reasonable distance of Kentucky Downs. It worked out well. Would recommend and would consider staying again.

I'm giving five stars because everything went perfect. Me and my family stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. And we had no issues. We don't interact with the staff that much. But when we did they were very nice. The location is between two major shopping and restaurant areas. And it's close to the interstate. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms are nice and big. I booked a one bedroom king size- and it had a stovetop, full big fridge, coffee machine, tv, sofa, hairdryer and an option to take any appliances from the lobby like toaster or any smaller kitchen appliances to the room for use! Plus they had the kitchen fully equipped with the pots, dishes and everything to cook- it was like the mini suite! Loved it! Rooms: Our room was very nice- felt like a mini suite Nearby activities: No nearby activities Safety: Safe and secure Walkability: Nearby things available Food & drinks: Easily available and breakfast available 8-10am Noteworthy details: Kitchen fully equipped!
15 minutes from Nashville downtown and Nashville airport. Great location. We checked in at 3am and the staff was great and helped us with late checkout. Rooms were great and were suites. Equipped with full kitchen and accessories. They also had other kitchen equipment in the lobby to borrow if neededRooms: 5/5
Infested with cockroaches! Rooms smells moldy and dusty, and there’s spider webs on the ceiling. The dishwasher filter has a thick layer of white oily thing, and smells horrible even after three times of deep cleaning with vinegar and dishwasher detergent. The window is there but feels like it’s never there. You will hear everything that drives by in the middle of the night. Oh, and your neighbors cellphone ringing and maybe their conversation if they are loud enough. I hear ambulance at least 4 times/ week at 11pmI stayed there for two weeks for business, and two times my neighbor talking on his phone. And every night, I’m counting the steps of my neighbor upstairs walking around at midnight. The basic requirement for you to peacefully staying in this hotel is you need to sleep like a baby, or you will be like me, staying up all nightor at least stay up til everyone go to bed. Room service comes every other day instead of every day. So if you missed your scheduled room service date, you will have to wait for a day after or maybe call the front desk. There’s really nothing fun around the area. Few grocery stores nearby, a big playground is 5 mins driving. Don’t think of walking around, I tried, and it was hard. Most impressive thing about living in this hotel is watching deers in the early morning around 7 am or 5pm in the evening. They were located at the new construction place which is about 2 mins driving from the hotel.
Located too close to a very busy highway, very loud day and night. Beds are very, very comfortable, bedding clean and feels great on the touch. Not very friendly receptionists, look preety uninterested in customers' needs. I asked for fresh towells twice, didn't get any for three days stay! Avoid if you can. Rooms: 4/5
Love the big rooms and free breakfast. I didn’t realize there was an indoor pool. I’ll have to check that out next time. There’s a gym too. My room had a full size fridge, small stove and oven, microwave and options for a blender or rice cooker among other options.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms very clean. It had a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. I enjoyed my stay, the employees were very nice and helpful. Rooms: Very spacious, nice size bathroom. Nearby activities: Nashville, TN. Safety: Not to over crowded, traffic was not to bad. Walkability: The city has nice wide side walks. Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants around the area. Noteworthy details: Close to the Interstate 65 north and south.
I would look elsewhere for your stay. We rented the one bedroom suite and it was atrocious at best. The pull out couch was absolutely disgusting. The curtains had stains on them. The coffee maker looked as if it was not cleaned from the last use. The room was right next to the interstate, it sounded as if the window was open. There was a drug deal that went down in the parking lot as we arrived. The elevator smelled like weed. We left a day early and picked another hotel.
