Really cozy and chill place to stay. The owners are extraordinarily nice and the staff was super friendly. Even though this is an older place (I remember when it was fancy and new), there is a lot of love and care going into it. Definitely the nicest hotel out of the ones in this immediate area. Would stay again. 👍

The hotel isn't that bad. So glad I can get Chinese food delivery here. They accommodate you the best they can. But the only downside in my opinion was the water won't get hot. Nobody wants to take a cold shower!

my family and I evacuated from Florida due to Hurricane Irma, and ended up in an Econo Lodge in Sumter, SC. it's pretty alright, as far as motels go. if you are financially capable of finding a better place to stay, I would strongly suggest that you do so. if not, the Econo Lodge is certainly one of your better options. it's got cable TV (with Adult Swim, which is good enough for me), a menu for Papa John's (all hail big papa), a microwave, and options for bed sizes. all in all, I give Econo Lodge a solid 60 out of 100.

Everyone was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, no roaches, and the staff accommodated us in every possible way. The only real issue I found was that the toilet wasn't cleaned, but how many of us ACTUALLY keep our toilets spotless? The front desk rep, Jodi, asked the maintenance guy to escort me to a vending machine, and he was just so sweet to do that. After the shift change, Marie did everything she could to make sure that we had everything we needed before we turned in for the night. I never got any kind of attitude from the staff, and they were incredibly patient with a needy guest such as myself. Big props to all the staff at Econo-lodge!

Great customer service. Rooms were clean. For a economy hotel, prices were competitive. It was quiet. I will stay here in the future.
