I went in for a recall on my power steering pump and they told me that it was the rack and pinion that was the problem, and that it was leaking and that's why the power steering pump is going out and possible damage to the rack from fluid being overfilled from the power steering pump. I was also told by Sean that I would have to pay $166.00 for the diagnostic fee . Every time I have come into this facility  I was never charged a diagnostic fee for a recall  and I did not appreciate the way that Sean treated me. I keep all of my receipts  for my vehicle and not one time was I charged. Sean said they would cover the power steering pump when the rack and pinion was replaced which would cost me over $2,300. So I went to Firestone and they told me the rack and pinion is in perfect condition and it is not leaking the leak is coming from the power steering pump and you can clearly see that. And there is no way you can miss where the leak is originally coming from so I want to know why I was being lied to. And I was going to give you over $2,300 of my money for absolutely nothing. Right now I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received. I want my power steering pump replaced and I want my $166 back.

**UPDATE 1-6-18**
I called Chevy Corporate and unfortunately they said they are unable to help me because it would have to come from this location. Sean never returned any of my phone calls that I left for him and he is the service manager. They never gave me back my $166.
They did replace my power steering pump but on the receipt they told me that if it ever fails they will not replace it because the problem was with the rack and pinion. And that's why the power steering pump went out. Well ever since the power steering pump was replaced I have not had any problems and there is no leakage coming from anywhere. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied that Sean never had any respect and returned any of my calls.

I find it very amusing as you write for me to call you to fix the problem yet you won't return any of my calls. We went to a different dealership bought a new car and we are very happy with their customer service. It's a real shame that you can't provide the same great service.

Like I told one of the managers who was kind enough to call after I opted out of their text messages. I will never go back to that dealership ever. Simply put this is the second time I've had an issue with a Chevy dealer in this state. I don't know how your dealerships communicate with each other but it's poor. And it seems that unless you buy the car from them they want nothing to do with you. After this experience I will more than likely never purchase a Chevy again and when it's time to replace this one I will be looking elsewhere for a new car. I have given Chevy two chances and both times I've been let down and it's cost me more money and time then necessary to own a Chevy. The service agent or agents at this location are nothing more than money grabbing lowlifes they try to force you to spend money that's not necessary and get repairs that are not necessary. Nor do they read anything in your  file such as I have a maintenance contract and they still tried to charge me. This place is horrible for service and I will be letting all my family, friends, co-workers and business contacts know to NOT deal with this place when it comes to servicing their vehicles.

Though I will say this Findlay's Chevrolet customer service is outstanding and they go above and beyond for their customers. But like the saying goes One Bad Apple spoils the bunch. If GM corporate wishes to contact me I more than welcome any correspondence but I DO NOT I repeat I DO NOT want to be contacted by Ed Bozarth Chevrolet again and no longer wish to deal with them.

Hands down most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had, great sales staff that helped my get into a good car instead of trying to talk me into buying one. Great prices and awesome service. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and will definitely be a return customer.

Have to say this dealership is the best one I have ever dealt with. Moved to Vegas last year. This weekend I had an issue with my car 2014 Malibu. Brought it there Monday morning. Service tech Ryan got to us right away. Replaced the water pump. We left and the check engine light came on. Brought it back, they had it overnight. That afternoon Will the service manager called. Car is done. I have to say  they were the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend them. Maybe one day I will buy a car from them.
