Shamarie, our sales representative was absolutely fantastic as well as Chris in Finance. We just traded in out mustang convertible for a more family friendly Honda Pilot. We purchased the 2017 Touring Model. Fantastic vehicle at a great price.

I have had many car buying experiences in the past and this was by far the easiest. I felt no pressure throughout the entire process and everyone at the dealership provided excellent customer service. 

I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda vehicle.

I took the car in for minor service and the tires and the service was taken care of very good they were awesome to work with. Very happy with the service. And our service writer  is Deborah.

Each and everytime I visit Honda Findlay on Azure Dr in Las Vegas Nevada I have a great experience. The staff, and customer service is EXCELLENT and they expedite in the best timely manner. I highly recommend this particular Honda Location 5 ***** ( stars )

Over the past 8 years, I have purchased 2 cars from Findlay Honda North.  For the first 6 years, I always had a pleasurable experience when I brought my cars in for servicing.  Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill over the past two years. I just brought my 2007 Honda Accord into the Findlay Honda Service  department and asked them to diagnose a sound  that was coming from the engine. I thought it might be a loose fan belt. When they called me at home and told me what was wrong with the car,  I decided to drive in and speak to them directly. I was basically told that the rack and pinion and steering pump needed to be replaced. Total cost with taxes and fees was approximately $3200. I thought that was way too expensive so I decided to get a second opinion. They charged me $128  for diagnosing the problem!  At first I thought he was joking.  The service manager told me that if I had the rack and Pinion and steering pump fixed, they would apply the $128 to the bill.  Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Mainly because I wasn't told up front that there would be a charge for looking at my car. I made an appointment with another garage.  The new garage  replaced the rack and pinion and steering pump for a total of $1587.  Half of what Findlay Honda wanted to charge me . My car is running great now. I will never do business with Findlay Honda again.  I need to find a new dealership in town because we are in the process of buying a new car. I definitely wouldn't take my car to Findlay Honda north for servicing.

A good place to purchase a Honda. Sales is sales but they are not high pressure like many places. They do try and sell you all the extras like other dealers so the paperwork always takes longer than you might expect. Where this dealership excells is their service department. Debra is the best. Victor is a very close second. They are honest, straight forward, helpful, and always tell the truth. I will continue to purchase Honda automobiles from this dealership because of the excellence of their service department.
