I've always had a good time here. Finding what I need is a breeze and the staff is very helpful and kind. I absolutely love shopping at this location.

This is a nice store that is well organized. "Sale" prices are not great from my experience. Maybe 10% off on the items I looked at. Still some quality clothing for outdoor adventures.

I hate shopping and dislike it especially when you can't find anyone to help or anyone who does help knows nothing. But shopping at Eddie Bauer in Ann Arbor is as good as it gets. Every single salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and they didn't even make me, an old guy, feel out of place. I had gotten in the habit of shopping online for convenience, but when it comes to clothing, there is no replacement for seeing the actual items and trying them on.

Way to go, Eddie Bauer Ann Arbor. Whoever chooses and trains these people does a great job, and of course plaudits go to the sales people themselves. 

(I never thought I'd write a review like this.)
