Extremely rude people at the customer service desk. They won't listen what you are trying to explain. I spent half an hour for them to correct multiple items incorrectly priced. When I left the store, I realized that they still did it wrong. This store needs customer service people who "listen" the customers' problems.

Large store with a good selection. Friendly staff and affordable prices. The sizing is way off. Be careful to try on everything you buy, for sizing and for defects. A few times I've picked up an item and not realized until I got it home that the seams were totally crocked or the hem was uneven.

I've never written a review before, but I felt compelled today.
October 9th at around 4:30pm-5:30pm, I unfortunately needed to return a pair of black shoes I bought earlier the same day, due to them being a bit too big when I tried them on again at home. (I was in a rush when I bought them)
So, I called in advance explaining the situation and a gentlemen told me there'd be no problem getting a refund if I had a receipt.

When I arrive ~ I overhear two women workers at the cash register complaining to each other, so I mentally prepare myself... 
The women that rung me up (she had long blonde hair...unfortunately didn't notice a name tag) gave me an unnecessarily hard time because she didn't believe I hadn't worn them outside..nor did she believe they were the same pair of shoes on my receipt~Which clearly stated the date and the purchased shoes.
After many sighs and rude comments from her and to her coworker, she eventually gave me my money back with a, "OKAY! you can LEAVE NOW." 

I understand that working cashier can get incredibly brain frying and frustrating, (I work cashier at a coffee shop. Trust me, I know...) but when you get a RARE kind and non-troublesome customer, there is no need to be so voluntarily rude. 

Ps: the guy that rung me up when buying the shoes was VERY KIND! (: not everyone that works at H&M sucks.

This location has a lot of fashion pieces that other h&ms don't have. Could be cleaner and more organized.

Love H&M but the customer service people in this Briarwood store  are rude, and incompetent; they do not serve customers, they do everything to make people hating the store. Good job! Will stay away.
