The classes are fun and easy going but an intense workout. Chet, Pat, and Lauren really know their stuff and each one has their own style. I train with Chet and it's incredible the passion he has to help you better yourself. You can feel how much he truly cares about you and helping you reach your goals, he's not just another trainer in it for the money. He actually works out with me side by side and partners with me as well. He really pushes you because he knows you can do it and it helps build so much confidence in yourself, you get addicted! There's a workout level for everybody no matter what fitness level and you don't have to feel embarrassed or awkward, everyone that goes there is great! Absolutely no one is judgemental, each person just focuses on themselves but is also willing to help you and encourage you. I have obtained amazing results in just the short time I've been there, not like anywhere else I've been or anything else I've done and I've done a lot, and the best part is, is that it's been so easy and fun (but the workouts aren't easy, if they were I wouldn't have these results). Trust me, this is not your typical fitness center, stop in and find out for yourself! The prices are incomparable and your first class is always free!

Chet is awesome! Classes are always fun and he pushes you to the limited!

I went here for a free class with a friend and did not enjoy the experience. The instructor offers little to no personal input despite the class size being very small. In addition, he gives no low, medium, high options for the different work outs despite the workouts being very standard with clear options for these being offered in every other workout class I've been to. Overall, if you want to pretend to get a workout and it motivates you just being around other people then this will give you something, but it was not an experience I will repeat.

The best gym for group classes, personal training, or focused athletic teaining and conditioning, hands down.
