Update: Since my previous post of 1 star, I have gone back to the same location a few more times. I am changing my review based on the positive service I have received, including personal service from the manager who previously had left a poor impression. He was friendly, courteous, had my order ready and correct upon arrival, and even offered me a free calendar to say thanks for my business. I believe reviews are meant to be changed based on current experiences. They've improved their service standards and I am pleased to continue buying their products.

The service and arrangement were great. I explained to the guy over the phone what i needed and he had the perfect "Get Well Soon" gift ready to go by the time i got there to pick it up. [Full disclosure: I didn't give this location 5 stars because i was on hold for a bit longer than i cared to be.]

Highly pleased! Walked in store wanting a quick edible arrangement made & a few other pieces for teacher appreciation gifts! Service was made a with a smile in no time at all!!

Can I give zero stars? Poor delivery time, quality was poor, and to top it off items were missing from the arrangement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. $100 for a deflated balloon, sour strawberries, and missing items from the arrangement. A very disappointing Valentines. Update: They refunded my money which was a pleasant surprise. I'm still not convinced I'd order from here again though.
