I agree with the sentiments here.  I ordered a large bouquet of roses for my best friend's funeral.  $300.  It looked like something that cost a 100 bucks.  I suppose that they thought maybe I wouldn't see the bouquet.  I was pretty grief stricken so I didn't complain.

Came by last minute for homecoming corsage. Not only did they help, but they made TWO for me right then and there! Excellent skills, service, and staff. Highly recommend!!

They did an outstanding job during our time of tragedy to surprise my gf with flowers... even with a handwritten message very thankful for them.

Wish I could give zero stars. I visited this florist 2 days ago (Feb 15, 2017) looking for some pink silk flowers mounted on a saddle to place on a little girl's headstone. When I asked about it, one woman abruptly said they didn't have a medium saddle. Right away, the other woman said to come back tomorrow and they'd have something for me to look at. I offered to leave a deposit and she said it wasn't necessary, see you tomorrow. I returned the next day and the second woman said she just couldn't find the right pink flowers, but could have it ready later that afternoon or the next morning. I told her the next morning would be fine and left my number if she needed to contact me. I called the next morning at about 10:30 and got their machine. I stopped by at eleven and the first woman said (with zero customer service skills) that she thought the second woman still hadn't found the flowers, the second woman wasn't there. This is completely unacceptable. I'm leaving town in an hour to go to visit the cemetery without the headstone saddle I had planned to deliver. I will never come back to this florist and do not recommend them at all. Poor customer service, poor people skills, poor service period.

You guys are ridiculous! You just went back to confiscate flowers that a customer wasn't impressed with. That is the worst business move I've ever heard of. I will definitely spread the word to NOT use your florist ever!!!!
