Ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day. Pick up was quick and easy. The strawberries were huge and very tasty.. not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Overall great experience.

No customer service! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolates online for Valentine's Day. I went to the store Valentine's Day to pick up my order. She took my name and then I proceeded to wait in line with 5 other people for 30 minutes. When I asked her to check on my order again she came back and told me they had to cancel it because they didn't have enough strawberries. When I asked her why she let me stand In line for 30 minutes before telling me this, she said they sent me an email an hour ago to notify me! Really?

My brother ordered an edible arrangement for my sister in law because i recommended it.. the day of the pick up and 20 mins before they closed that day he stopped by to find out that they didnt do it or even try. They preferred to give him a refund and to that my brother asked for a refund reciept and they said its ok its going back to his card 5 days later nothing and the sales mananger said that he needed his reciept he exclaimed that they didnt want to give him one. Now 10 days later and still waiting for his reciept. Ive always bought from the one in Homewood Al over here by birmingham but my brother told me that they were very unprofessional, ratchet & ghetto. Smh im sorry for ever reccomending it bro
