Valentines day delivery to the Arsenal. So I don't normally do negative reviews but I am a little upset at this point. To their credit they did not give me an estimate on delivery time and I did not ask. I assumed though that they would be delivered with enough time for them to be enjoyed though. They were a bit expensive but overall looked nice I guess that's to be expected for Valentines day. Now for the fun part, they were not delivered till 4:05 which of course is five minutes after my wife leaves for work normally, not to mention an hour after the guards leave which prevents her from going back into the building to leave them at her desk. Around 3:30 I started panicking when I heard nothing from her, after about 3 tries I finally get through to their voicemail, three more tries and I get a person that says they are out for delivery... I have to ruin the surprise and tell my wife to hang out at the office because they are supposed to call her desk phone because they cant deliver to a secure building, which is understandable. She gets out there and has to wait another ten minutes in the cold! She can't go back in because the guards are now left for the day and has to take them home, and back in which is kinda embarrassing "Hey guys yea these are my flowers I just brought in for my self the day AFTER Valentines..." The entire point of the flowers at this point is now ruined but whatever, lesson learned. I want to say everyone makes mistakes once in a while but this was poorly planned at best. If you chose to use this company make sure you know what time they will be delivered by before ordering. Especially on Valentines day.
