I wish there was an option for zero stars! I placed an order for Valentines Day which was $100, of course I was charged but my order was not delivered! I called, spoke to the same guy (Todd) and he couldn't locate my order at all?! He placed me on hold for 
over an hour!! When he came back to the line he says, " oh my god, I forgot you were waiting "I am PISSED! I will never order from edible arrangements again! What did I get for my inconvenience? NOTHING! I spoke to the manager Anthony for a refund, who says "it's Valentines Day, were busy." I ended up having to reach out to the general manager Rachel...overall the worse customer service ever!

Really like the product, but it is pricy even with discounts. Would like to be able to customize which fruits are used more, but it is a unique item and good quality.

Service and delivery horrible i place and order a week before valentines. And they didn't delivered at all they didn't even call very very poor service don't. Recommend at all and i hope they will return my money !!
