I have been going to In Bloom for years because they are always at the top of their game. Their flowers are fresh, many kinds and color,beautiful vases and containers. Liz and her crew are always willing to go outside the box in terms of individualizing your needs. I am in there probably 1-2 times a month and their warmth and friendliness make me not want to go anywhere else. If your a Trapp candle fan, they have a pretty good inventory and the latest fragrances as well. I have even gotten some yard art here. You guys rock!

I recently ordered flowers for a co-worker in the Texas area. I received a picture of the delivered flowers and oh my, how the flowers were described and what was received did not match at all. The email that I received stating the flowers were delivered, asked I please call the store if I were dissatisfied prior to posting a negative review. I did just that this morning and I was assured that they will make it right and send a new bouquet out tomorrow. So if this truly happens tomorrow, I will use this florist again and highly recommend to others. Great customer service will always keep me as a customer. I will post an update once the new flowers are delivered.

Fantastic service and execution. Thy delivered to my wife on a very short notice of a custom order that was not on the menu. Made her day!

Most excellent. Called in and the sales person was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great services with just the right amount of sales. :-) Delivery notifications via email and I can't wait to get home and see my wife's face. Thanks InBloom!

They delivered the wrong fruit. Were apologetic. Then delivered the right fruit the next day.
