They have no clue what they are doing. They brought me wilted flowers I refused the arrangement and they brought another one. It is so poorly put together. I can't believe o have to look at these in my office. Never order from them.

I ordered a floral arrangement to day for a friend having surgery.  Last minute order.  The flowers were absolutely spectacular!!  I was very pleased!  That had the arrangement ready quickly and it was exactly what I asked for!  Thanks for a job well done!!!  I highly recommend this florist.

As a florist up here in the North East, I always try to order from local florists when sending to friends out of state. For Valentine's Day, I ordered my friend in Texas a succulent garden so she could have something that would last. After being told no by multiple florists, I finally came to Plano Florist who said they could do the job. The exchange was pleasant and the delivery went off without a hitch with a very nice result. The only thing I was no so certain of was the price. While I do like what was sent, I still can't quite get the math to add up on it, but I accept that prices are different for different regions. All in all, a good experience.

every time we have used plano florist, the product and service has been impeccable, the arrangements have always exceeded exceeded expectations and quality of flowers is outstanding  we would recommend this business for any occasion,
