Love love LOVE them! I live across country from my Mom so sending flowers on her birthday is important to me. They arrived on time, they contacted me when I had questions, they sent a picture of the bouquet before delivering it, and the delivery man was sweet enough to call and offer tonwait outside with the flowers (few minutes) until someone could answer the door so the flowers wouldn't wilt in the sun. Couldn't be happier with this service and I'll be using it in the future!!!

Just got off the phone with the florist. They're amazing. I asked for a same day delivery and was delightfully accommodated. Staff was so sweet, they made my day. There's a reason this florist has a 5-star rating!

Received 2 follow up emails for my online order. First email I found in my junk email the day after (but that's okay) saying they were going to try and put the very best and most open lilies they had in my arrangement for a funeral service. The second email was sent saying it had been delivered. Marianne's did a great job with communication especially since I was in another state and did not know the area. (Next time I'll check my junk mail sooner. That was totally my fault.) I cannot comment on how the arrangement looked but if I receive any feedback or pictures from my friends I will leave an additional comment.

This is my first time using Marianne's Custom Florals and I was very impressed! Not only did she make special accommodations for delivery, but the floral arrangement was superb! My friend loved the beautiful arrangement and said the fragrance of the bouquet filled the room for several days! Marianne definitely went above and beyond and I'm so very grateful to the Lord for her!

Live in Florida and needed to purchase an arrangement for a funeral being held in Plano. Select these folks because of their rating and was not disappointed!
