I am still waiting for checks from September 18 and 27, 2017. They have been called, but do not return phone calls. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for assistance. Please be aware you may not receive payment for the items you consign. (I have received other checks, but they have been slow, but not this slow.) I'm very disappointed because they are one of the few places that consign upscale men's clothing.

As the manager of New Elephant Resale Shop, a Lincoln Park nonprofit, with tons of different types of merchandise to sort, price, display, etc., having a place to send our designer donations for the past 3 years has been wonderful. We could never earn in our own store as much as we earn on most items we send to EDO. Although I know how to sell on eBay, I don't have the time, the extensive knowledge of couture, or a great- looking eBay store to sell on. That makes EDO a great choice for us. Yes, sometimes the 90 days can seem like a long time to receive a check, but it's not always that long. Using EDO means I have one less thing to do, and as a busy resale shop manager, that's much appreciated.

Don't waste any time consigning your items here! It's better to deal with the hassle of selling them on ebay yourself or giving them to a friend. This was my first time using this company and it will definitely be my last. My items were brought into the store on June 30th and I still have not received payment, an email or a phone call. The communication was poor and each time something went wrong I reached out to them with a phone call not the other way around. They sold my $300 Nike Ricardo Tisci boots for around $40 after guaranteeing me in the store that they would definitely sell for more once the auction ended. Guess what, after that statement assuring me that they would sell for more and when they didn't, they made it clear that I would still only be receiving 60% of that 40 dollars. Where is it? My balenciaga bag was agreed upon a sell price and then sold for a different negotiated price on ebay. After the buyer on ebay didn't pay I requested to have my bag back. This has been the WORST experience and i would not recommend bringing your items here.

The ONLY place I'll consign my desinger clothing/accessories. All I do is drop off my items and I get a great return! I've also shopped here and they have an amazing selection of one-of-a-kind designer items.
