Really my only department of complaint with this particular Walgreens is the pharmacy. Their customer service is the worst. You’re lucky if they even acknowledge you in the first 4 minutes of you standing here. Their techs don’t have the answers to basic questions like “Why did you guys call me to refill my prescription and then when you weren’t able to refill it because you need to talk to my doctor, you can’t call me to tell me my script can’t be filled?” The tech I spoke with was very nice and I felt bad for her because she tried her best to befuddle an on the spot response and no one else would even come out to help her. They need to train their employees better before throwing them to the wolves. And hey you know, have some customer service and call a customer if there is an issue. Call me high maintenance, but I don’t think that’s too much to ask.

Store is new, nice design.  Store employees can be both nice and rude.  Store manager was nice enough to fix a couple of issues on the spot.

Nicest staff and very open, airy and clean.  I do miss the Baptist Church that was knocked down to build this Walgreens, the last real piece of Diversity in this Chicago hood.
