Just ok. Was surprised the rate was so high, at about $150 / night. 
- They've discontinued the shuttle service indefinitely. 
- Breakfast is fine. 
- Hotel seems a bit dirty and maintenance is maybe slowing down - faucet handle came off and the shower handle is close to falling off. 
- Oh...and the walls are very thin. We enjoyed listening to the lady next door and her kids through all hours of the night.

My room was nice and clean, the view was spectacular. The staff was very helpful and even helped me find a good restaurant to eat at nearby. There's plenty of things to do around the hotel, so I was never bored during my stay.

Friendly staff. About the only decent part. Reserved a room with a crib. After calling and confirming, we arrive to no crib. Called and was told one will be there shortly. After an hour, still no crib. Talked to the front desk and no cribs were available. Was never told it was a first come first serve thing after a reservation was made! They offered a roll away for our 4 month old. Had to find a new hotel at 11pm during a busy weekend. Definitely not going back or referring this place to anyone I know.

Big decent hotel, very near by O Hare international airport, normal free breakfast. Ok to book the room if they provide any deal or offer. I booked two queen beds room, quite medium clean room without refrigerator and oven :(.

Website does not post prices or available the to make reservations. Called the hotel at 7:56 pm 08/08/2017 to tell them it didn't work and was treated very rudely, told it did work and I was then put on hold. You think you are doing a good thing and being helpful only to be treated poorly for your efforts.
