Great hotel.  Staff at the front desk are very professional and always at the desk to assist.  Rooms are big.  Bed is very comfortable, hdtv with all channels not just 10 like some hotels.  Lobby is nice and clean.  Bartenders are very professional.  Happy hour is available.  Shuttle bus is provided.  Great location and I recommend.

Comfortable bed. I always sleep well at Hyatt properties. I prefer to stay downtown. More accessible to shopping. The hotel is clean, staff professional, and the food (breakfast and a late dinner) were delicious.

Was there for a quick overnight. Clean and well lit, everything works, check in and out quick. Quiet rooms, shuttle to OHare nice but don't confuse it the other Hyatt hotel. They even take the voucher from American Airlines for dinner. Didn't get to try the breakfast - too early.

Building is getting older but the rooms have been refreshed and were pretty good. Not much of a restaurant, more just a casual menu from the bar, the food was ok. Breakfast provided plenty of variety and was pretty good. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was convenient, a feature of most hotels in the area. The beds in the rooms were excellent.

Hotel, breakfast and staff are great - was here for a seminar and was very impressed. Flight back was canceled so I called to get another room for the night - when I arrived back I asked if they'd match the cheap hotel finder website that United gives out, while they couldn't they said they wouldn't charge for the booking I'd made if I canceled and even called some of the other hotels nearby to get me a better deal. Thanks for your understanding Johnathan! (I payed the extra and stayed here)
