The lobby and main lounge area looked nicely renovated, but you could tell that the room wings and rooms themselves were old and dated. The hallways and rooms smelled slightly of old cigarette smoke and pet fur, mixed with a strong cleaner, which was perhaps trying to cover the lingering scents from before the hotel became non-smoking. The shower drain in our room was also clogged, and we had to take showers in about 3-4 inches of standing water. There was some hair that was not mine or my boyfriend's clinging to the clean folded towels in the bathroom. However, the service was awesome; the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the room size was good. The location was great for where we needed to be, and parking was easy. We booked our room through Priceline, and this hotel was a good value for what we paid.

Great pick up from the airport, great location, great breakfast, great staff from the front desk to the fabulous housekeeping staff. I was a guest at this hotel for 3 days and was very happy with my stay. I think I may just stay again next week when I'm in Chicago.

The rooms are nice, but it was the first time I've ever had to straddle a toilet to close the bathroom door. Also, the breakfast is not good. Who thinks chicken wings are an acceptable breakfast item?

Great place to stay in you're flying from O'Hare. There's even a Target close if you find you've forgotten something. Easy pickup from the airport back to the hotel
