Overall the hotel was fine. My only few complaints were that our hotel room smelled and that house keeping kept knocking on our door at 8-8:30am waking us up. Also housekeeping were very loud when talking and being very loud so we could not get any rest. Rooms could’ve been cleaned a little bit better as well. Staff was nice and accommodating though. Add utensils and glasses to make it a better stay, hotel rooms need updating but if you want a cheap hotel this is for you but if you’re looking for 5 stars I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good for long stay. Felt comfortable during my 1.5 month stay. The room was bigger than I expected - good size for 1-2 people. The bed was my favorite! 4-star because when I first came, kitchen and cabinets were not meticulously clean - there were receipt, used tissue and plastic fork from the previous guest. Overall I would stay here again.

This place was awesome.  I would like to especially thank the desk staff (John) for going above and beyond the call of duty when we left valuables behind.  He took great care of us and made sure that our belongings were returned with care and great dignity.  I am a small town girl and did not excpect such exceptional care from  a big city hotel. Many thanks!!!

If I could give this hotel a 0 RATING...I would!!! Please precede with CAUTION when booking to stay here. The rate was really cheap and my stay was only for overnight.. the room was not clean . There was urine all over the toilet seat and floor . I had to go to the front desk to get cleaning supplies. The young lady at the front desk did not give me the bottle of disinfect she sprayed some on a towel ... I had to go out and buy disinfect... the bed was extremely hard and there was hair on the bed linens. After checking out and returning home. I had been over charged!!! My credit card was charged 2 additional times. I called back to the hotel and was told the issue was resolved. It has been 7 calendar days and 5 whole business days and the charges are still pending on my card. I have called the hotel several time just to be told to wait a day or so more and it should be back on my card. This was the first time that I have stayed at this hotel chain and from my experience is the last time.. CHESP ISN'T .ALWAYS BETTER... now I have to contact their cooperate office hopefully someone there can solve this issue.

Very clean place. Front desk staff (Marcos) really need a promotion.. please promote him. He was soooo kind, respectful, caring, understanding, and he cares about his job. The list goes on. If I can write 1,000 reviews on him I would. That’s just how GREAT HE IS!!! Marcos if you’re reading this you deserve whatever God has for you. I would recommend this hotel for everyone, very very clean place, no cigarettes or weed smell, no loud noise. Just peaceful vibes... and if you ever need more towels or anything, again, Marcos is the guy that will always be right on time.... Marrrrccoss this one is 4 dude🙏🏼😇 from Dorian M and Naya A
