I was going to work in the middle of winter and I ask the owner if we could stop at IGA so I could grab a breakfast. He agreed for extra money. I got my food and came outside to find him gone with my lunch bag. I called him and asked where he was. He said he can't wait all day that he had other clients that needed a ride. Meanwhile,  a nice person came outside and overheard my conversation with the owner of the company and offered me a ride to work. Still on the phone with him we pull out and go. I see a cab in the distance and ask if it's him. He said yes. I stopped him at a stop sign to pay my fee and grab my stuff. NEVER will I use this company again !

They were amazing and super fast pickup and knowledgeable of the area and not a bad price

Usually have great experience with this service but last time the driver picked up someone from an additional stop and charged us twice the amount. Was clearly a friend of the driver and we ended up paying for their fare.
