Worst taxi company in the planet! Ordered taxi two days in advance, and they still couldn’t be there on time. They were 40 minuets late!! Then the driver goes to the wrong door at the airport! Called and was transferred to the complaint line, where they have a live person who literally can do nothing but write down your complaint!! Forget this company, awful!! I will never use them again! Taxi companies want to run uber out of every city because they don’t actually want to make an effort to have a good business!

always there on time at a fair price. Had to wait 10 minutes last time, but saw their rating and you know what, they are better than that. Never a problem worth mentioning. They are my go to O'Hare to Lake Forest Co.

Just had a very unpleasant encounter with American Taxi 746 at the toll plaza at Chicago O’Hare. As I stopped to pay with coins this taxi pulled up behind me and starting honking immediately. Instead of moving to another lane (there was little traffic so that would have been easy to do), or simply waiting for a few seconds, he kept honking and shouting at me the whole time. When I turned around to explain (calmly and without using foul language) that I was trying to pay, he got agressive and opened his door threateningly. I’m just glad I made it out of there without getting attacked. Employee of the month!

Awesome experience with instant up to date texts to and from O’Hare Airport.  Uber sorry doesn’t even compare. Not to mention they were cheaper and tolls included.

If I could rate a minus five stars, I would.  These people left me stranded in the cold for nearly two hours and still never came.  I had a confirmation number and a message saying my car is on the way.  50 minutes later, I got a message saying my car was cancelled per MY request.  I immediately re ordered a car.  I got a confirmation number again with a message saying my CAR IS ON THE WAY.  63 minutes later...no car and no call.  I called the driver and he hung up on me, probably because he didn't speak English.  While standing out in the cold, I saw somebody walk out and picked up within a minute by Uber.  Don't use taxi companies anymore! Use Uber or Lyft.  They are less expensive than taxis.  They don't overcharge your credit card three days later.  They are responsive.  You can also rate your driver, unlike cab companies.  I repeat, DON'T use taxis in Chicago!  You are taking a huge risk if you do.  Last, if you use a taxi, pay with cash!!!!!  You have been warned.
