My car shopping experience changed when I stepped foot onto the parking lot of Ehrlich Toyota in Greeley on 9/18/17. I had done my homework and narrowed down my choice for a used car to the Toyota Camry. I found a car on their website that fit my needs, desire for dependability, and price range. My father and I were graciously greeted by Peggy Martin, Senior Sales Specialist, and we were promptly given the type of service you would want from a sales person. She was personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and I immediately felt like she wasn’t putting on the “performance” that many of the cars salesmen prior to this day had thrown at me. She answered all of my questions - letting me guide the tone and pace of the sale. She didn’t overwhelm me with a bunch of gibberish numbers and factoids about the car that would mean nothing to me. It was simple and enjoyable and I felt safe with her as my specialist. And above all, she was honest with me. She delivered what she promised.
 Today as I drive down the road in my new-used Camry, I feel confident and extremely happy I went with my gut instinct in choosing Peggy Martin and Ehrlich Toyota as my dealership. Thank you!

We recently bought a new 2017 Highlander from Ehrlich Toyota. My husband and I both agree that it was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and we have owned quite a few cars and trucks. From the moment we were greeted by Ken and company, we were treated well, and with no pressure. My husband wanted to know if the Highlander would tow his Lund boat comfortably before we bought it. We asked if we could actually tow our boat with a Highlander. The service manager found a friend who owned one, and let us tow with it. None of the other dealers we visited even made an attempt to accommodate this request. The entire process took about a week, from start to finish. Not once did anyone pressure us to make a decision, or buy immediately. Ken worked tirelessly to accommodate our many other requests - he was a delight to work with, and also owns a pair of Superman socks, WITH capes! Our kind of auto specialist! I cannot recommend this dealership enough - their customer service is equaled by no one.

Ken Harvey was an amazing salesman to work with and Travis with the financial services. My whole experience with trading in my old vehicle and getting a new one was smooth and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend this dealer to any of my friends and family. The only thing that was disappointing to me was what they gave me for trade in. I truly believe my car was worth more then that.

Always friendly and professional! Great experience buying with the help of Dewey Nelson who is no pressure, easy going and very helpful and knowledgeable! Great work from Travis with the finance team - no hassle and everything was very very quick.  We were so frustrated with previous dealers keeping us at the dealership for hours and hours! Not here! They let us take the car overnight and when we called with our decision we spent 10-15 minutes signing,  then had a great car orientation and congratulations from Dewey and the sales manager and we were done! Stephanie in the service department is also excellent! She is professional, approachable, and has  great customer service! Rick in service and Carl in sales who I only met briefly were also very kind and seemed honest,  and sincere!  I've not met everyone,  but I will recommend Erlich because of the amazing people that I have met who are superb!!

Bought a new 4runner back in March with Jesse and it was a really nice experience. He was great at going over everything and helped answer all my questions. He even stayed late to get it done. I've been in twice now for regular scheduled maintenance and everyone is so nice and polite. They really take care of you and make you feel apart of the Ehrlich family. If you in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely check out Ehrlich Toyota.
