Story

The Ghent family has been proudly serving Northern Colorado's automotive needs for over seven decades. Back in 1976, current owner Bob Ghent began working in his father's dealership in the car wash. Over the next 7 years, Bob Ghent added Leasing Manager, Salesman and Sales Manager to his resume. Then in
1989, Bob purchased Ghent Chevrolet in Greeley. Since then, the dealership has grown and acquired the Cadillac franchise. We are also a major supporter in the community, always finding ways to give back!

Wow what a great experience we had at Ghent yesterday buying our new Cadillac XT5!  Working with Bob and Christian was super, no pressure, they made it easy!  Bob said he would make us an amazing deal and that's what he did.  Christian is an up and coming superstar with he "service" attitude.  We never felt rushed into making a decision.  Christian was there at 7:30 last night still explaining the features and offering to buy us dinner while we waited.  Rico was great and Troy finished our financing in about 15 minutes!  We will definitely be back to see these guys again for our next purchase. Luis met us at the door and made a great first impression.  Thanks to all!

I worked with Rusty and he was great. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We had options of which used Tahoe we wanted and he was patient with us. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Tim was also awesome. He knew we traveled far to look at a Tahoe and made sure we were taken care of. Well done gents!

I had a great experience with the team at Ghent!  I inquired online and was immediately reached out to by one of their customer care representatives who scheduled me to meet directly with their sales manager.  When I arrived for my appointment they had the car pulled up front that I was interested in as well as a couple others that they thought I might want to see based on what I was looking for which was great!!  after taking two of the vehicles on a test drive I ended up leaving with something I didn't even know I wanted but ended up being the right vehicle for me!!  I will be visiting again and would recommend this store if you want a good experience!

My experience with Ghent was okay.

Pros: I was kindly greeted as soon as I stepped onto the sidewalk and helped right away and the salesperson (Luis) helped me find the SUV I had seen online. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and could answer almost all of my questions.  He then gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the service center, collision center and the parts store. 

Cons: The length of time spent at the dealership was ~5 to 6 hours. I was missing a cheap arm cap cover which still hasn't been replaced and I haven't heard back from the dealer. The finance center called me 10 days after my payment to say that I hadn't paid my down payment.

We had a  great experience at Ghent.  We were quickly helped and Rusty endured the crazy wind and my level of indecision with humor and patience.  I had the chance to drive many vehicles to narrow down my choice and left with a great choice.  Rusty and Rico made us feel comfortable as we waited for the process and worked with us to get a deal we could agree on.  I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ghent on a purchase again.
