Best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car from any dealership.  After a week of haggling with Denver metro dealerships, I decided to go outside the metro area.  I explained to Chris that we would be driving from Evergreen to Greeley so I needed to make sure we agreed upon a car that was in his lot at that moment and the exact "drive it off the lot" price before I left the house.  Chris was direct and quick.  There was no "tell me what you want to pay and I'll run it by my sales manager and see what we can do" or "come on in and if we don't have what you want, we can get it". Several dealerships in Denver would not discuss inventory or pricing over the phone.  Chris told me exactly what he had on the lot and gave me an itemized price quote.  The drive to Greeley took 2 hours because of traffic, but it was well worth it. They had the largest selection of inventory we had seen anywhere in the metro area. We had a wide selection of exterior and interior color combinations to choose from with cars that still matched our model, options, and price.  Chris turned us over to a fantastic sales consultant named Garrett who patiently helped us choose the car, demonstrated features, accompanied us on a test drive, and completed paperwork faster than I have ever experienced at a dealership. Garrett also hustled (ran) between cars and office to get keys for the different cars we were considering and then to the service department to get the car detailed, etc.  His enthusiasm and desire to get us exactly what we wanted was refreshing.  I wish I could give Garrett 10 stars!  When all was said and done, the price Chris quoted to me on the phone was the price we paid.  Nothing changed about the offer once we were there in person.  An excellent experience AND we love the new Rogue!

My husband and I went this weekend to go look at trucks and test drive several of the ones he had his eyes on; or so we thought. When arriving we meet a salemen, Jim, who seemed to be helpful at first. He showed us one car and let us test drive it but my husband did not seem interested. He then told Jim he was more interested in a truck and showed him which ones exactly so that he could tell us more about them and let us test drive them. We then proceeded to follow him back inside where he brought us to his desk and logged onto his computer. He started showing us trucks online one after another after another; which if I wanted to look online I would have stayed home and done that. We specifically drove all the way down there to actualluly see and test drive the vehicles. We were not pleased at this point. Then my husband started talking to him about how he wanted to explore different trucks and see which one he likes best before he spends all this money on a truck. And he still proceeded to shop online instead of going outside and showing us different options! Once we said we were not looking to buy exactly that day, he said, "well, is there anything else I can do for you today then?" We stated no and walked out. We were very disappointed! If he would have taken the time to show us the trucks, test drive drive them, get pricing, we would have bought a truck that night because we had $30k cash we could have put down on a truck. We will not be going back..

I bought a car last year and this year at Greeley Nissan. And I can't be more happy with the seller Ramon, since day one he has always help me and my family with everything with better deals, making sure we getting the right car.  I'm so thankful for him. Great seller. Thank you Ramon. We appreciate you.

Buyer beware! When you meet with finance department, beware of Otto Palmer.  He is very unethical and will switch bait the interest rates on you to deceive you into purchasing the extended warranty. I have a 868 credit rating and he told me the interest rate would be 5.99%, but he could lower it to 2.99% if I purchase the extended warranty for $1,085.  He told me that rates are no longer low, when I told him to lookup my credit union rates, he changed his tune and said I could refinance but need to wait  4 months to pay off and my credit union would charge me additional costs to pay off this loan (ALL LIES). When I got home & reviewed the paperwork he charged me $3,800. I went back the the very next morning to talk to him and have emailed him many times.  He avoids me like the plaque!  DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP!  VERY UNETHICAL!!!!!!
