I have not purchased a car in 13yrs!! My fiance put my info into the computer system for exactly what I was looking for and Hung Mai followed up the very next day with me! I must say working with Hung he made things go alot smoother than I expected. He was so nice and friendly to work with! It's a nice dealership and everyone was very polite! I highly recommend, great prices and great people. Thank you Hung for helping me get my "Mom car"

I like to go to Honda to get my Nissan serviced because they have great customer service! They are very nice and get things done fast. The waiting area has tons of coffee options along with a tv and 3 public computers. I'll be trading my Nissan for a Honda here soon and I am confident they will take good care of me when I do!

I have been car shopping and have been comparing a lot of different places and cars and narrowed it down to wanting either a Honda or a Subaru. I came into this location as a friend had told me good things about it. I initially met with a nice gentleman named Manny. He wasn't pushy, spent ample time with me, and answered a lot of my questions. The CR-V was backordered so he told me if I waited a few weeks, they have one on the way that I could grab. Fast forward to the end of August when I emailed Manny to find out if he had a date, to my discovery, Manny no longer worked there and this new guy was taking over my case. He wanted me to come in so we could work out the details before the car arrived. I got there and had to wait about 20-30 minutes before he was available. Okay. I understand, it's a busy day. Then he says he needs my car keys so his manager can take it around the block. Okay also reasonable. Once his boss comes back, this rep tells me he thought my car had a transmission problem and so they gouged my trade in value significantly. Okay. Still not a huge deal, I know dealers will usually take the savings in the trade in or the list price of the car. The issue was, I felt they purposely weren't budging much on the car I wanted in an attempt to get me a different car they could have by the end of the month. I listened and saw the change in price and as it still wasn't quite what I wanted, I was considering it. He then wanted to run a credit check to see exactly what my price options were. Cool, makes sense. Then I get a notice on my phone that a hard inquiry was run, he comes back to tell me his finance guy would figure it out when he was in the next morning as the Banks were closed. He then wanted a deposit on the lesser car they wanted to give me as they were going to "find it" I imagine in a dealer trade. Although they would not give me any information on mileage and location. I declined and he told me he would contact me the following day as soon as they opened to let me know what my credit report stated. It's been about 36 hours since then and I've still heard nothing back in terms of a call or email. I can tell that the customer is not a priority for them. I noticed this even when I was in the building, as the rep came back and said "sorry, I have your wrong information, my boss is working on a bunch of different deals right now". As I've been in the sales business, I get it. But I'm a competitive market, they lost my business to someone who can make me more of a priority. I'm taking a break from car shopping but when I get back into it, I'll be going somewhere else.

After visiting several different dealerships in the area, I found Greeley Honda to have the best customer service. I worked with Hung Mai throughout the buying process- he is awesome!! Hung Mai helped me every step of the way, was patient with my decisions, and made me an incredible deal. I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Greeley Honda and the car I ended up purchasing. I definitely recommend doing business here!

After doing a ton of on-line research and going to a total of 3 dealerships in the area, I went to Honda of Greeley and spoke with Hung Mai. I have to admit that I had a preconceived notion on how car sales people acted. I knew what I wanted, and just as I had done with a few people online as well as the other dealerships, I asked him for his lowest price. Hung told me that he would do just that and did! In no time he had the offer on the table and it was indeed the best that I had gotten (I even spoke to a MD dealer who I had dealt with before in MD.) Though they did not have the white SUV that I wanted on the lot Hung told me that he would get it right away – and he did! He was upfront, honest and efficient throughout the entire deal and his customer service was amazing! Hung went through the features of the vehicle before I left the lot, and called a few days later to see how I am enjoying the ride. The Finance Manager, Brandon Juenger, was also great and had me in and out in no time. I would recommend Honda of Greeley to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They are very customer service oriented and made the experience a great one. And make sure to ask for Hung Mai to help you with your purchase.
