The staff at Bagel Palace are all so friendly, especially Alex who helped us in the front. I live really far away and called to see if they sold one of my favorite childhood Jewish pastries, Hamantaschen. The man I spoke with said they did, but because I would be coming from so far, to call ahead and he would bake some additional ones before I got there. How kind! Needless to say, it was worth the drive. He did bake more, so they were warm when I got there. So so delicious!

Everything was terrific… I’m not much of a pancake person but we ordered a stack of blueberry pancakes to share for the table and in three pancakes there must’ve been almost a quart of blueberries. High-quality low prices the reviews are well deserved!

This is not quite a Palace... the service is slow and grumpy. A bagel with cream cheese took at least 20 minutes when it arrived it was lacking in the cream cheese department. Very small amount in a tiny little container. Disappointing and frustrating dining experience, I will likely never return. Bagel tasted good and decent selection.

The food is excellent don’t get me wrong. But he service is incredibly slow. Also before the holidays this year I was waiting for my food and one of the staff members was talking to a customer in front of me just completely bashing Christmas. Quotes “I hate xmas and how big of a deal people make out of it especially when all it really is is a birthday that has caused so many people so much pain, if someone says merry Christmas to me again I’m going to loose it I just can’t wait till it’s all over.” Now I found this extremely offensive. Like I get you are Jewish and don’t celebrate xmas which is cool I have nothing against your holiday but if someone stood and bashed Hanukkah they’d be anti Semitic. And for a staff member to say this out loud so that other customers can hear it with no descresion was just shocking. Has to be some type of work place violation.
