really good experience at El Dorado Fort Myers. I called to make sure they had the sofa I was looking for on the floor. Patricia came back the next day just for us. This is what I call service!!! She was very professional and did not put any pressure on us, which is rare in a furniture store. We bought 2 sofas and a side table which was supposed to be delivered in a month but Patricia and her manager did miracles!! will receive our products in 2 days. Can't wait !!! Thank you

Great experience! placed an order for a console table and a couple of bar stools. Gipsy was very attentive and patient through the process. The date i needed for delivery was close but she understood my urgency and was able to speak to the manager to have the delivery date i wanted. when i got home i was not comfortable with the bar stools i picked, so i contacted Gipsy and she was able to make changes to my order and make everything work. previous to this purchase I had another great experience with Delia. she was also very professional. When i received my couch in came in damage but they were able to make changes really fast.

Used to enjoy going here because the sales team didn't pressure you. Stopped in tonight to browse and waste some time. Hadn't been in for some time. The salesman are all sitting around and watching you like hawks, like every other furniture store. The sales lady literally followed 10 feet behind us through the entire store. We felt like criminals looking around and being watched.

Had a great experience at El Dorado Ft. Myers, originally purchased two sofas and end table. Was so happy with the experience and furniture we went back and purchased some bedroom pieces and accent tables. Teresita Hernandez was great to work with, she knew the product line extremely well and was helpful through the entire process, pre and post sale. Highly recommend this location for great value and service and ask for Teresita "Terry" for help.

Had such a great sales rep Frank Richardson. Never pressured or pushed anything on us. Great furniture at a low cost.
