HUGE Selection of Recliners. There Prices are a little High. The Sales People are Pretty Good.

Wanted to purchase a coupe of recliners. Could not get any assistance from the sales staff. I found what I wanted on my own. 5 sales staff walked past without acknowledging me or asking if I needed help. Finally after being there an hour a sales lady asked to help. I told her no thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

Truly discouraging costumer service. Ordered a custom chair back in October, chair was to be ready in 6-8 weeks. Sadly we are on the 11th week with no idea of what is going on with our order. Apparently you can only speak to your sales representative to find out the details regarding your order. Well, our sales representative Debbie has either not been to work for over 4 weeks or she is not being given the messages to please return our calls. The manager has also not been available to return any calls. It's unsettling to spend this kind of money on a piece of furniture to not receive any customer service nor the product, we are left with only contacting the bank to get our money back since we have been left with no other option. I wish Lazy Boy would have stood by their product and their customer service.

Wow what a bad experience Could not get a manager cause nobody was available. Called corporate and there os nothing they can do because it is franchised. Really disappointed
