Helpful, attentive, professional and pleasant  assistance by Karen, who ensured all our questions were answered in full. Never felt pressured at all. Store has wide variety of furniture styles and choices of fabrics if you're interested in something with a different color, print or solid or if you want to mix brands of styles. (We went with Thomasville and Tommy Bahama). All the furniture is of high quality yet reasonable prices. Delivery of our furniture was done in a professional manner.  
We noticed there was a defect in the TV console we purchased, but it was handled quickly, driver took a photo, sent it to the distribution center and via conference call, we knew then how the situation would be remedied. A new one to be delivered within 6 days. 
So far, very pleased with all that we ordered. I still have a few things to purchase and most likely will be from Baer's.

We just had our chairs delivered.  Had an issue with color of base. It happens. What happened next is why I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The delivery guys got on the phone and had the right people involved to correct the situation right away!!!  Most places the delivery guys would say "you call the store and fix it". Not RJ and Kevin!  They assessed the situation, knew what the proper thing to do was, and did it. 

What a great experience!!!!

Service in store was good.  Delivery of furniture and the team that set it up were exceptional.  Neil was very professional and informative.  We did experience one defect on furniture which was addressed immediately by delivery team.  This is our 2nd large purchase from Baer's and we have always been satisfied with product and service.

Delivery men were very friendly and professional. They were very careful and worked well as a team. Our salesperson (Robert) was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Enjoyed the whole buying experience from start to finish.

Hope you never have warranty issues because they will send someone to shove foam in your $3000 sagging couch and then ignore you when you try to work with them. Hope you don't need a couch in a neutral gray because it will take them 4 months to get it to you. They lie to make the sale and then treat you like criminals when you expect the service you paid for. Bruce does not listen and talks in circles when you ask him a direct question. Would give negative stars and an extreme thumbs down.  Walk away, there are way too many alternative and superior furniture buying options in Fort Myers, steer clear of Baer's Fort Myers unless you plan to buy clearance and "as is" from the sale floor.
