Just want to say again a big thank you for your hard work and dedication to severing so many people over the years and getting us to are destination ... In a safe and timely manner ... Just wish someone would step in and get the driver's new buses ... And play more moives not just Spanish moives ... Just a suggestion... I would recommend this to many more people ... The inside is clean. A lot of homeless around this area but that's to be expected in skid row. The bus was on time and the price was just right.

Excellent bus service. Unlike Greyhound, the buses travel at the speed limit. For a long trip, this makes a big difference. The buses only make a few shot stops. The movies are nice, but sometimes I would just prefer a quite ride.

My name is Patricia Mascorro, i went to the bus station to pick up boxes that were delivered to me yesterday at 2:30pm, I lost my phone in the ladies bathroom and I was told by Julian over the phone that my phone was not there anymore even though I left the station 20 mins ago, I decided to go back and see for myself, I came back and looked in the bathroom and my phone wasn't there, I talked to Josue the supposed manager and he told me "we are not responsible when things get lost outside of our working area", he explained to me that they will not be held responsible for things that are left in the waiting area and the bathroom , I left and went across the street to the police station and made a report of my phone being lost at the bus station and that my bank cards and drivers license were on my phone case. On my way home my daughter tracked my phone and she told me that it was at a place called El Paso Los Angeles Limousine! I knew it! Because there were hardly any people at the bus station, and I came back knowing that they had my phone. I called the police on my way back to the bus station but I knew the police will take long so, as soon as I arrived, I talked to Josue and I showed him on the tracker that my phone was in their area and that I had call the police to just hand it over and I will leave, by then it was 3:30pm and he said "I don't know where it is" I couldn't believe it!!! Next, Josue brought out 5 different phones left behind and before I took a look at them I told him "you know that my phone is not going to be one of them" and it wasn't any of them, I showed him the tracker again indicating that my phone was there still after an hour. I sat down and I let him know that I was going to wait for the police. I waited and waited and about 30 minutes later I saw the man named Julian(the one I informed that I left my phone in the bathroom) leaving the bus station and something told me to follow him but I didn't, I wanted to wait for the police, three minutes pass and then I saw my phone moving on to the next block which it was Maple and as I was leaving I told Josue, "I saw your co-worker leaving and now my phone is moving now, you want to get rid of it instead of just handing it to me?!" Josue just laughed, My phone was given to a homeless person that was moving all around back and forward but because there were so many homeless out there on every street I couldn't pin point who had my phone, I asked many of them but nothing, I was very scared to be hurt but my drivers license was in my phone case along with my credit card and three more ATM cards from different banks, and I wanted my stuff back. My daughter managed to talk to the man that had my phone because he answered the phone and he said hat he didn't want anything to do with the police afraid that he had warrants. I kept on following the tracker on the phone and eventually a homeless lady was helping me too and I felt not so much of a threat and hostile around the homeless people. I decided to called my phone and the person that had my phone answered and said that he will come to me and will hand my phone back, when we met, it was 5:19pm, it was dark by now , I asked him if the people from the bus station gave to him but he didn't know,when I took a look at my phone, the screen was shattered and my bank cards were missing and I said to him that without my card how can I give him a reward and he said don't worry and left. My daughter arrived in a Uber at the bus station and across the street , is the police station and inside the police station we gave the homeless lady forty dollars from my daughter's bank account for her help. Before I left, I went into the bus station and I called Josue and when he came over to speak to me I asked him "why did you guys shattered my phone, it wasn't necessary since my bank cards were taken" and he just laughed again and move his head sideways, my phone before this was intact because it had a very good phone case. This was the most traumatizing event i have ever gone through, i could've been hurt by the homeless
