BUS driver was very rude and would not let me speak . he new his bus was not working there was no air conditioning. On the bus that why I did not want to continue on the bus. He yelled at me with no respet. He needs to be on another job not a bus driver. I am bus member this has never happened. I will call news an let them how I was treaded.

I have rode this bus for the last 18yr .... Wish they had a vip... Club as many times I have traveled my self family and friends from California to Vegas.... Had a few bumpy road had my wallet stolen but with the help of workers and staff I got it back... And returned to me .... The bus drivers are great they get us there safe in a timely safe manner .. I wish I had money to donate new buses to them ... They gonna push them buses tell the wheels fall off ...God bless them and all the people they served over the years .... Once again I want to thank all of the staff there at El paso for getting us there safe ... And let's go a million more great year's .... God bless and happy holidays to you and your family so​ from are Hart to yours the monreal family.....

One of the cheapest ways to get out of town for a few days. Love that they wait for a few mins to get everyone settled.

Driver highly professional very well educated person I enjoyed his driving skills the bus also very decent.(last time I took greyhound bus broke 3 times from Tucson to L.A.) keep up the good work I will be your client in the future thanks a lot.

Smooth ride. Bus was clean. Took a nap and when I woke we were at our destination.
