I love this bus line! Their prices are awesome. The bus is comfortable as far as buses go. A lot of them even have wifi. Only bad things are they don't travel to more destinations & the buses fill up so quick especially around the holidays. They need more buses during the busy times. Other than that they're awesome!

Let me start by saying this place is dirty and they're not on time! How is It that Greyhound is cheaper than this place? It doesn't make any sense. I cant believe this place is still in business. The whole place looks unsanitary and unsafe. This place is a mess and not worth the money. So if you're looking at these reviews to decide to go with this company then please take your money elsewhere. I am beyond disappointed with this trip. Lesson learned for sure.

Worse trip ever if you're desperate for a ride by all means handle, but don't expect any safe driving, help, or empathy. if you have a baby, baby supplies, and still need to get your luggage expect staff to be rude and with a "HURRY-UP and Leave!" Attitude. Say goodbye to love ones before showing up. Any expectations for smoking and child health should be thrown out the window. As staff constantly come in and out with lit cigarettes or smoke right aside with doors open. you're better off at a homeless shelter, any decent person would be OK with closing a door and keeping several feet while smoking. Please don't comment with a" oh were so sorry 😬😱" just do something.. anything
