El Sabor offers Latin American and Mexican style cuisine at affordable prices. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner; offering fresh margaritas from hand squeezed limes, a large tequila selection, as well as, many Central American and Mexican beers.

Dale Maurice Lee the 3rd. Absolutely a tremendous asset to El Savor! His knowledge and extreme detail to serving are second to none. This young man really knew his stuff when it came to tequila. Thank you Dale for an amazing dining experience! Hope to see you again next year.

El Sabor is steps away from the gondola. Once you get there you can sit on the deck on a nice sunny day and enjoy a delicious margarita or watch it snow on the mountains from inside. The menu is extensive and has many tasty options for reasonable cost. I personally prefer the tacos. I would definitely recommend!

Great food. Reasonably priced. Our server was perfect. But one server was very rude when we walked in. We asked if we just seat ourselves since there was no sign. Her reply was "Yes, obviously". So sorry, put up a sign then.

It was horrible, and a very unprofessional staff including our server with blonde hair that finally attended us after 10 minutes of not being greeted. Attitudes in the whole staff. We ordered a $6 margarita for happy hour and got the $10 one. Never was told what the difference was. We were so uncomfortable we payed for the $10 margarita with a tip that was so not deserved, and we didn’t even drink it. We walked out because we did not feel wanted. We are local Coloradoians and have been coming to Vail for 25 years now. What a bad vibe at this restaurant. This server missed out on a easy great tip. Dah!!! We went to Mid-Vail to Los Amigos. From the beginning, big smiles and food and drinks from the get go! So, if you want Mexican Food in Vail. Go to Los Amigos! The food is fair but the service is great! Los Amigos baby! : )

Very tasty food...friendly people and made sure that our food was vegetarian as we wanted. Do try it out, you won't be disappointed 😀
