If I could give you guys no star then I would. WORST SERVICE EVER. All i wanted was a freaking pedicure she then proceded to give me a deluxe pedicure which costed more, i Said whatever, I didn't want to cause a seen. I was trying to relax, but all the lady lept asking me was if I wanted more, eyebrows, or a full set, and even a manicure. Like I said no, stop asking! She hurt my toes while rushing to do them. I went home and now my big toes are ingrown because of the fact that she pushed down on them to hard, I did NOT HAVE BEFORE I Went . They over charged my friend  $40 when all she got was a full-set, no design, no nothing, no added shape, literally basic nails with paint on them. I brought it to their attention and they said next time I come, they'll give me a discount., which then I proceeded to say that i will never go there again. Worst nail salon ever.

Not only was the staff incredibly rude, they caused my fingers to bleed, all of my nails are uneven and don't even meet the ends of my nailbed.. they did the color and cut completely wrong and set a black gel nail Polish on a French manicure. Complete waste of time and money.

I just graduated from bootcamp and I wanted to treat myself to something nice; I went to Lees nails expecting to be treated fairly. Not only was the customer service terrible, but my cuticles were cut and my nails fell off the next day. I am extremely upset!

If I could rate zero I would I. Work full time and never can do a thing for myself I finaly decided. To treat myself and get a full acrylic set not only were the ladies horribly rude to me the rushed my my nails made my thumb bleed (no apologies given) they were all uneven and not covering the whole nail  and  a week anf two days later my nails all fell off honestly it was a waste of my hard earned money now  I'm afraid to ever get my nails done again thank you for ruining this for me
