I've taken my daughter there 4 times. The first 3 times, the only bad experience was the managers unfriendly attitude.  (I think her name is sequoia?) the 4th time she was the one cutting daughters hair and was quite rude. I was just like, ok as long as she does a good job. But this las time we went, we made an appointment (she was the only one available and actually spoke with her) we called in the morning and set up an appointment for 3pm. We got there 10 minutes prior to (good thing we did) and the lady that was at the counter was getting ready to close the store. She informed us Sequoia had just called and said she would be arriving at 3:30 instead. I said, "fine, please called her right this minute and let her know I'm at the mall now, and will wait ONLY because my daughter needs her hair cut and we WILL be here at 3:30 sharp" the girl did, and she rolled the gate shut. We went back at 3:25, nothing, 3:30, nothing. 4pm, and she was just getting there with another client and sat her immediately on a chair to begin working on her, may even be a relative of hers. I went in and she asked us "what can I help you with?" So I said we had a 3pm, than they changed it to 3:30 and well here we are. With the nastiest of expresión, and continuing to work on the other person, she just said "I won't be available for maybe another hour". Honestly I lost my Sh@$t because there was no symphaty or whatsoever to us, and for the fact that she just didn't give a s@&t, I did let her know.... My time and my daughters time means nothing. And it's clear to me, because how she has treated us before and how I see her treat other people, she has her clients picked up and not in the mood for "new" ones or that are not of her personal liking. Never will go back and will not be shy to share our experience there. I'm sure however, she has her following and clientele set and so that's great for her. She really needs them than.

Would give 0 but there is one 1 star lowest option. We had an appointment, We got there a few minutes before our appointment and they made us wait an hour. 🤢👎🏼 Smh only reason we stayed was because the good place we usually go to was closed.

Sequia is the BEST stylist there. She is VERY professional and ALWAYS deliver! I love u the way she does my hair. I am a regular customer.

Worst haircut ever, I had to go to great clips to get it fixed and the lady at great clips asked me"who did this and was she drunk" 

The person who cut my hair or at least  made the sorry attempt to had blond hair and was skinny..

Don't go there it's a waste of your time and your money.

I'm giving 1 star because there isn't an option for no stars.  The manager Sequoia has a horrrible attitude.  The other stylists were nice.
