I would like to thank Dr. Thomas for everything she has done for me and my dearly departed cat dude. Her love and dedication for these animals no matter the circumstances cannot be matched. She truly cares about helping people and animals. If we had more people like her the world would be a better place for animal and mankind alike. Thank you for everything you do. Sorry I didn't write this sooner I'm still in the mourning process. One day if Dr Thomas willing, I'd like to volunteer my time to her office. I'm in the dental field and can provide my own instruments, if not dental I can do any thing else she may need. Just shoot me an email! I wanna help you as you have truly helped me.

Amazing people! Amazing work! Amazing service and knowledge! Will always recommend them to anyone who has pets that need to be taken care of. There is no better person to trust than Dr. Thomas! Thank you for helping everyone who needs your help!

I've been taking my best friend there all his life. He'll be 10 in a few days. I once lived close. Now, I don't mind the hour drive because I know the little guy I cherish is in good hands.

I've been bringing my pets here for about 3 years now. Dr. Thomas is so great with the animals. She makes vet visits quick, affordable and easy. I would recommend her clinic to anyone with fur babies.

I just got back from Elder Pet Care, where veterinarian Tracy Thomas cares for the pets of seniors at a reduced fee, which so many here in Ft Collins find so heroic of her. This was my third experience. It will most certainly be my last. I tend to be slow to catch on sometimes, or just overly tolerant, but I should not have gone back after the first time she was so incredibly rude, or the second time after she snapped at me without actually ever answering the question I posed to her about whether the two cups a day of dog food was the right amount for my 75. lb dog. Her answer "What does it matter, your dog is already fat.". But, still, I dragged my poor Stella in there today to be treated more rudely than I can ever remember being treated by a professional. Ever. She did not once look at me. Nor did she say a word. After her assistant did his preliminary check of Stella and reported his findings to her in the other room, he returned to say that the doctor recommended blood work, could I please leave the room. Wait, what? Well, OK,. I stepped out but stood by the door consoling my dog , who clearly did not wish me to go. Then I was brushed aside by Dr.Thomas as she went in to the exam room, AND SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. After she did I have no idea what to Stella, she and her assistant came out with Stella, she disappeared with out once looking at me or saying a word and the assistant just said, Call us for blood work results after 1pm tomorrow. That will be $100.". The bill said $100, and Stella's name and the date. No itemization, no exam notes. I asked if he could please break down that charge for me (since that was a very steep charge for a reduced fee and a hell of a lot to pay to be treated so rudely, and I had not as yet been given any explanation as to what she felt Stella could be going through, about what the mass in her neck could be, nothing at all.) So with great irritation, he took the bill back and wrote, exam $25,.blood work $75. I have heard rumours that Dr. Thomas takes dislikes to people and is rude and judgmental to them. Some people love her, others can't stand her and think she is a royal b#%@ch. I am firmly in the latter category. She should not have a practice that treats a vulnerable population if she is going to use her position to treat Vulnerable people poorly. In my book this is not providing a service to the community, if she is not capable of treating her clients with respect. In fact I feel that she is using this position to get acolades for herself, and feels very superior to the population she treats. Rudeness is never OK, but in her case it reaches a condition of malpractice. She had been told that Stella was not eating or drinking. She offered no IV fluids, suggested no alternative diet. Nothing. I will never return there and I suggest you never go to her, either
