KIDS STAY FREE!  I love you guys. INDOOR POOL!  My kids loved. The wood floors in the rooms, kind of different, but hey, better than those bacteria and fungus harboring carpet. Loved the stay. Will be a definite next time .

The customer service was good. The room was clean and serviced well. However, the condition of the hotel itself was not good. I was on the second floor and the vending/ice area was non-existent. I understand the modern room concept, but there was no dresser. You could see quite a bit of lackluster work. The bathroom sink was terribly caulked, I could go on. Luckily, there was a Starbucks really close, because the free coffee wasn't very good either.

The room was clean and quiet. We stayed a week, used the pool and hot tub daily and both were perfect temps and very clean. The staff was awesome! They were respectful of our time and space and helped us whenever they could. We would definitely return!

The stay was ok. The rooms needed to be cleaned like the walls are dirty and stained. Beds where comfortable. The inside pool water was a little cold for my taste but my kids enjoyed it. A coat of paint on the walls would make it look so much nicer and clean polished wood ceiling. Overall nice service.

Sparse furniture, holes in wall where repairs had been made, jacked up the price because it was a holiday but the lady in front of us got a discount because he wanted to be nice, he wouldn't give us the same discount. The ice machine was not in a convenient place & all you have for food options is a microwave & ramen soup in the lobby. Loud music playing from one of the nearby rooms & you could easily hear people walking down the hall.  Not impressed.
