I've done business with Electronic Express off and on for many years. So when my wife and I needed a new refrigerator, we thought of them first. Appliance Manager Jon Rich took plenty of time with us to explain the features of the various brands. After making a commitment on a unit, we changed our minds and decided to spend a little more for a nicer unit. Jon and Manager John Harrier worked with us until we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We will continue to do business with these friendly and knowledgeable people.

We had a wonderful experience. Jon Rich went above and beyond for us. We found a great deal on a refrigerator, cheaper than anywhere else we had looked. We will definitely come back for our future appliance needs.

I had questions about a dishwasher,that needed repairing. I was directed to John and the level of knowledge and his customer service was above and beyond!! As a result, I will be seeking him out on his next day at work, to purchase a new one and give the repaired one as a gift for a friend. This is the professionalism and expertise, that results in paying forward. 5 SHINING STARS!!!

These guys work with you until you’re completely satisfied! I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I came in to get a new pair of workout headphones. They let me try on a pair, literally run laps around the store, and charged and synced them to my phone for sound quality testing on with my personal music library. All with great attitudes. Can’t recommend enough!

Best customer service ever! The manager, John Harrier, was very knowledgeable on the appliances I was looking at and very helpful! I will definitely make more purchases there!
