I LOVE the service at this store!  Don't be fooled by the location and the size of the store. They can get you whatever you want and their prices are Beyond Fair. Cory and Kyle have given my family and I the best customer service I've had in quite some time. They answered every single question I asked,and I asked A LOT of questions. Very impressive, knowledgeable, gentlemen... about everything From washers to auxillary cables.  I decided I wanted to pick up my dryer early. I called and they said no problem. it was ready to go when I got there. Then I decided that I wanted the next model up from the washer and dryer that I bought. I called them. Again, They said 'no problem'. They offered actual HONEST  opinions of their products!! So refreshing! I am so happy I did not go to a large department store. I give this location of the Electronic Express 10 out of 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and get your next Appliance or electronic with the help of these two extraordinary young men.

I came to replace my factory headunit and speakers in my 2005 Mustang GT. They forgot to put all my wires back up so when I got it back after 4 hours of waiting that I thought my car was messing up itself so I found out that they didn't do the installation correctly so I called to get my money back for getting it checked up and they haven't once tried to call me back or make amends. I highly recommend that you don't come to this place for at least any kind of installation. I will never step back into this store!!

I showed up for a quick pick up of an item previously purchase. Them item was at the front check out area and I was out of their in less than 5 minutes. The salesman even offered to take it to my car, very helpfull.

Abdullah gave great customer service by greeting me as soon as I walk through the door. He helped me find the washer and dryer I was looking for and offered me warranty and parts options. I would recommend this location because of his kindness.
